Emily knows firsthand how transformative the right movement can be.
After struggling with back and hip pain that led to surgery, she discovered reformer Pilates through her physiotherapist—and everything clicked. But when searching for classes that could accommodate injuries, she found a frustrating lack of knowledge and support.
Then came pregnancy and postpartum, bringing new challenges like diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse. Realising how many women were navigating these changes without proper guidance, she retrained as a Pilates instructor, specialising women’s health and rehabilitation. That’s how Moveit Pilates was born—a space where movement isn’t just safe and effective, but empowering, engaging, and backed by real expertise.
